Job Summary
Leading Customer Care operations, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Customer Care Supervisor will manage staffing, workflows, and performance to ensure compliance and enhance customer experience in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage personnel actions including hiring, training, and performance appraisals
- Plan and monitor service workflows to meet service-level agreements and sales goals
- Audit Customer Care interactions and provide coaching to staff to achieve quality assurance goals
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of P&C insurance experience, particularly in underwriting
- 5+ years of contact center experience
- 1 year of supervisory experience in customer service
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field
- Agents license required; completion of CIC and/or CPCU designation preferred
