Job Summary

Leading a team of customer care professionals, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Customer Care Supervisor will manage staffing, workflows, and performance to ensure high-quality service and compliance, while working in a hybrid environment of three days in the office and two days remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage personnel actions including hiring, training, and performance appraisals
  • Plan and monitor service workflows to meet service-level agreements and sales goals
  • Audit customer interactions and provide coaching to achieve sales and quality assurance targets
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of P&C insurance experience with an emphasis on underwriting
  • 5+ years of contact center experience
  • 1 year of customer service supervisory experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field
  • Agents license and completion of CIC and/or CPCU designation preferred
