Wisconsin Licensed Database Administrator

Job Summary

The full-time Wisconsin Licensed Database Administrator will design, install, monitor, maintain, and optimize databases while ensuring high levels of data availability, with occasional travel to the Menasha location and the ability to work remotely from home.

Key responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain change control and testing processes for database modifications
• Monitor performance of database systems and optimize performance as needed
• Develop and implement effective data backup and recovery plans and disaster recovery procedures

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in an Information Technology (IT) discipline or related field
• 5 years of MS-SQL experience, including SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
• 2 years' experience in a database administration role
