Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dental Consultant to review WI Medicaid Prior Authorizations and provide clinical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Authorize/deny WI Medicaid prior authorizations and communicate outcomes
• Evaluate appeals and review documentation for medical necessity
• Provide provider orientations and support, recommending process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Current license to practice dentistry in the state of WI or ability to obtain before start date
• Clinical experience as a credentialed Medicaid dental provider
• Experience with prior authorization portals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience analyzing quantitative and/or qualitative data for decision-making
