Key Responsibilities

• Draft, manage, and oversee dental Medicaid and Medicare contracts across markets
• Negotiate contract terms with dental vendors to ensure compliance and financial viability
• Develop and implement standardized contracting processes to enhance efficiencies and support market performance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Provider Contract Negotiations experience
• 3+ years' experience with RFP processes
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience
• 3-5 years of dental Medicaid and Medicare contract drafting and negotiation experience
• 3-5 years' experience in vendor partner management
