Wisconsin Licensed Deposit Servicing Rep

Job Summary

Providing essential operational support, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Deposit Servicing Rep will manage daily check processing, ACH and wire transactions, and exception item processing while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and process ACH and wire transactions, including Remote Deposit Capture items
• Handle exception processing, managing stop payment requests, non-posts, and overdrafts
• Respond to client service requests and process account maintenance items, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a 2-year degree is preferred
• At least 1 year of banking operations experience, with customer service experience preferred
• Experience with FIS or other bank operations platforms, and Fedline Advantage preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work accurately both independently and as part of a team
