Wisconsin Licensed Director of IS

Job Summary

To enhance business activities, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Director of IS will manage technology strategy, oversee the maintenance of information systems, and build relationships with end users, working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the technology strategy to align with company goals and enhance business operations
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of technology professionals to address organizational challenges and opportunities
• Oversee the development of enterprise technology standards and manage service level agreements with vendors

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Ten years of progressive experience in an information systems role, with five years of direct leadership experience
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Chief Information Officer (CCIO) or Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP) preferred
• Driver's License required
