Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Emergency Radiologist will provide remote or onsite emergency radiology services, covering a level 2 hospital and stroke center, and will be responsible for performing various emergent diagnostic imaging modalities.
Key responsibilities
- Provide emergency radiology services, including Neuro CTA/perfusion, trauma imaging, and pediatric ultrasound
- Occasionally perform local minor procedures when working onsite
- Maintain coverage for afternoons and evenings, adhering to a 7 on/7 off schedule with a yearly requirement of 182 shifts
Required qualifications
- M.D. or D.O. degree with completion of an ACGME-accredited Radiology residency program
- Board certification or eligibility in Diagnostic Radiology
- Fellowship training in Body, Neuro, ED, or MSK radiology
- Demonstrated involvement in at least 200 Radiology examinations in the last 24 months
- Comfortable with all emergent diagnostic imaging modalities, excluding CVIR, nuclear medicine, and mammography
