Wisconsin Licensed Emergency Radiologist

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Emergency Radiologist will provide remote or onsite emergency radiology services, covering a level 2 hospital and stroke center, and will be responsible for performing various emergent diagnostic imaging modalities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide emergency radiology services, including Neuro CTA/perfusion, trauma imaging, and pediatric ultrasound
• Occasionally perform local minor procedures when working onsite
• Maintain coverage for afternoons and evenings, adhering to a 7 on/7 off schedule with a yearly requirement of 182 shifts

Required qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. degree with completion of an ACGME-accredited Radiology residency program
• Board certification or eligibility in Diagnostic Radiology
• Fellowship training in Body, Neuro, ED, or MSK radiology
• Demonstrated involvement in at least 200 Radiology examinations in the last 24 months
• Comfortable with all emergent diagnostic imaging modalities, excluding CVIR, nuclear medicine, and mammography
