Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Growth Coordinator (Trainer).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a customer service data reporting contact for schools and districts in Wisconsin
• Create, oversee, and monitor requests, incidents, and problem resolution using user support "ticketing" software
• Deliver training sessions, maintain training materials, and attend conferences to present information

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of experience with user support "ticketing" software
• Experience interacting with internal and external customers
• Experience creating training videos and/or tutorials
• Experience delivering presentations
• Understanding of application programming interface (API) technologies and knowledge of data warehousing and reporting
