Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel Employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on employment, labor, and benefits laws, including union matters and employee relations
• Track and summarize labor and employment legislation and coordinate collective bargaining with unions
• Conduct legal research and provide timely advice on various legal topics related to the business

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree and Juris Doctorate Degree with a current state license
• 7 to 10 years of experience in employment and benefits law
• Preferred experience in a healthcare or insurance setting
• Solid knowledge of relevant laws such as EEOC, ADEA, Title VII, and ERISA
• Must be within a 2-hour driving distance of Oconomowoc, Wisconsin for in-person meetings
