Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Enrollment & HICS Casework.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily enrollment operations, including team coaching and performance management
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain data integrity across systems
• Analyze performance data and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of one (1) year of leadership experience required
• Minimum of three (3) years of combined Medicare and/or Health Insurance Exchange experience required
• Experience with CMS enrollment processes and regulations preferred
