Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Epic Applications Analyst to provide expertise in Epic applications for healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, optimize, troubleshoot, and support Epic applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze workflows and implement system enhancements
• Provide ongoing support, including Tier 2 and Tier 3 project support, and ensure compliance with industry regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, healthcare-related certification, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience as an Epic application analyst or in Epic consulting
• Epic certification with the ability to support in two or more applications (HB required)
• Full knowledge of assigned applications and relevant workflows
• Solid understanding of healthcare workflows and regulatory compliance requirements
