Job Summary
To provide compassionate end-of-life care, the part-time Wisconsin Licensed Euthanasia Veterinarian will perform in-home euthanasia and hospice services for pet families across Green Bay and surrounding areas, working independently in a mobile environment without the constraints of a non-compete agreement.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct in-home euthanasia and hospice care for pets, ensuring a dignified experience for families
- Manage a self-scheduled workload while maintaining weekend availability on a rotational basis
- Communicate professionally with pet owners and team members, providing support and guidance during sensitive moments
Required qualifications
- DVM/VMD/BVMS degree from an accredited veterinary school
- Valid driver's license and ability to work independently in a mobile setting
- Willingness to lift up to 45 lbs unassisted
- Demonstrated compassion and respect in all interactions with pets and their families
- Availability for weekend shifts on a rotational basis
