Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advanced Practice Provider NP PA in Family Medicine.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients using appropriate medical diagnostic and treatment skills
• Participate in efforts to improve cost effectiveness and quality of care
• Provide appropriate documentation that meets insurance requirements and manage patient referrals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Licensure as a Physician Assistant from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board
• BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred
• Advanced Life Support certification preferred
