Wisconsin Licensed Field Representative

Job Summary

Supporting Wisconsin Medicaid providers, the remote Professional Field Representative will serve as a key liaison for provider education, issue resolution, and operational support while working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Wisconsin Medicaid providers to research, analyze, and resolve complex operational or claims-related issues
• Educate and train providers through one-on-one support and ongoing communication
• Support escalated provider issues by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring timely follow-up

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Medicaid, Medicare, or government healthcare programs
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in provider relations or healthcare operations
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with researching and resolving escalated operational or claims-related issues preferred
