Job Summary

Engaging members in proactive financial review conversations, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Financial Representative will provide personalized recommendations, assist with opening new loan and deposit products, and build valuable relationships through various channels, including in-person and digital interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial reviews to recommend tailored products and services to members
• Assist members with financial transactions and resolve service issues across multiple communication channels
• Promote credit union products and services while developing strong member relationships

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster relationships
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems efficiently
• Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and work independently
