Job Summary
To support a growing Substance Use Services team, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Health Educator will assess community health needs, plan and implement health education programs, and develop collaborative relationships with stakeholders in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assess community health needs and plan, implement, and evaluate health education initiatives
- Administer and manage health education programs while applying continuous quality improvement processes
- Develop and disseminate health-related information and advocate for health education within the community
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Community Health, Health Education, Wellness, Health Promotion, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Two years of health education experience required; five years preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
- Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) preferred
- Ability to attend on-site meetings and trainings approximately five times a year
