Job Summary

As a key member of the Financial Actuarial & Analytics community, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Healthcare Actuarial Manager will manage complex analyses and projects related to employer health and group benefit programs, interfacing with vendors and client service teams while ensuring quality standards are met in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support multiple client teams in developing financial analyses and deliverables
• Assist in financial modeling of benefit plan designs and budget projections
• Collaborate with Global Delivery Centers and Client Service teams to ensure superior project management

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in professional services, preferably in benefit consulting or health underwriting
• Advanced knowledge of health and welfare products and services
• Experience with big data analytic techniques is preferred
• State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
• Progress towards completion of health actuarial designation or CEBS designation is optional
