Job Summary
Delivering exceptional customer service, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Healthcare Customer Service Representative will manage inquiries related to billing and insurance, handle both inbound and outbound calls, and provide payment options while working remotely or from the Marshfield, WI office.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve complex billing and insurance issues through patient and insurance company communication
- Provide payment options and assist consumers in navigating their account balances
- Maintain accurate account documentation and adhere to company policies and guidelines
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (i.e., GED) required
- Prior experience in a call center and healthcare customer service setting preferred
- Familiarity with medical billing and coding, as well as healthcare applications like Artiva and Cerner Soarian, is preferred
- Ability to navigate multiple computer applications and systems simultaneously
- Understanding of sensitive personal information (SPI) and commitment to confidentiality
