Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Healthcare Representative (Part-time) to support healthcare programs remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls from members and providers, delivering accurate information related to healthcare benefits and services
  • Research and resolve inquiries efficiently while adhering to established procedures and compliance guidelines
  • Document customer interactions clearly and accurately in multiple systems during live calls
Required Qualifications
  • At least two (2) years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or high-volume environment
  • Healthcare experience preferred (e.g., medical office, pharmacy, insurance, Medicaid/Medicare)
  • Strong computer proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple applications and dual screens simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Minimum hard-wired high-speed internet connection required with specified download and upload speeds
