- Plans and manages clinical programs and services while ensuring staff competence and orientation
- Oversees agency growth in home care and addresses client complaints effectively
- Evaluates programs regularly to identify improvement opportunities and ensures compliance with regulations
Required qualifications
- Registered Nurse licensure in Wisconsin
- Active CPR certification per agency policy
- Associate's degree or higher
- Experience with OASIS and HCHB
