Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) in Wisconsin.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of the business and marketplace to support assigned business units
- Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations, policies, and procedures to all levels of employees and managers
- Lead HR projects and initiatives that align with business needs and improve organizational effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Management, or Business Administration or equivalent experience
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role or related experience
- Experience working with employment law and employee relations issues
