Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of the business and marketplace to support assigned business units
• Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations, policies, and procedures to all levels of employees and managers
• Lead HR projects and initiatives that align with business needs and improve organizational effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Management, or Business Administration or equivalent experience
• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role or related experience
• Experience working with employment law and employee relations issues
