Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Specialist - Collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between clients, patients, and insurance companies through various communication channels
• Submit claims to insurance providers and manage account resolutions while adhering to compliance standards
• Develop workflows and procedures for incoming clients and ensure metrics are met for patient accounts

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree or two years of college preferred
• 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment
• 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced environment with multi-tasking responsibilities
• 1+ year of experience with medical insurance, coding, or billing in a professional setting
