Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Specialist - Collections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison between the business, clients, patients, and insurance companies through various communication channels
  • Submit claims to insurance providers and manage account resolutions while adhering to compliance regulations
  • Develop workflows for incoming clients and contribute to the growth of the business's client base
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree or two years of college preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center
  • At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment with multi-tasking responsibilities
  • 1 year of experience with medical insurance, coding, or billing in a professional setting
  • Completion of assigned training and learning plans, including compliance requirements
