Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Specialist - Collections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison between the business, clients, patients, and insurance companies through various channels
  • Submit claims to insurance providers and manage account resolutions while adhering to departmental processes
  • Engage in active listening with callers and contribute to the development of workflows for incoming clients


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree or two years of college preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with multi-tasking responsibilities for at least 1 year
  • 1 year of experience with medical insurance, coding, or billing in a professional setting
