Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Specialist - Collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between clients, patients, and insurance companies through various communication channels
• Submit claims to insurance providers and manage accounts to ensure resolution before collections
• Develop workflows and procedures for incoming clients while complying with industry regulations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
• 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center
• 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced environment
• 1+ year of experience with medical insurance, coding, or billing
