Job Summary
A company is looking for an Insurance Specialist - Collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between clients, patients, and insurance companies through various communication channels
- Submit claims to insurance providers and manage account resolutions while adhering to compliance standards
- Engage in active listening and provide education on the healthcare revenue cycle to support client growth
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED required; Associate's Degree or two years of college preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with multitasking capabilities
- At least 1 year of experience with medical insurance, coding, or billing
- Completion of assigned training and compliance requirements
