Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Specialist - Collections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, patients, and insurance companies through various communication channels
  • Submit claims to insurance providers and manage account resolutions while adhering to compliance standards
  • Engage in active listening and provide education on the healthcare revenue cycle to support client growth


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED required; Associate's Degree or two years of college preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with multitasking capabilities
  • At least 1 year of experience with medical insurance, coding, or billing
  • Completion of assigned training and compliance requirements
