Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Specialist - Collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between the business, clients, patients, and insurance companies through various communication channels
• Submit claims to insurance providers and manage accounts to ensure timely resolution
• Develop workflows and procedures for incoming clients while maintaining compliance with industry regulations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required; Associate's Degree or two years of college preferred
• 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment
• 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced environment with multitasking responsibilities
• 1+ year of experience with medical insurance, coding, or billing in a professional setting
• Completion of assigned training and learning plans, including compliance requirements
