Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Specialist - Collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between the business, clients, patients, and insurance companies through various communication channels
• Submit claims to insurance providers and manage accounts to ensure resolution before sending to collections
• Develop workflows and procedures for incoming clients and ensure compliance with industry regulations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with multi-tasking required
• 1+ year of experience with medical insurance, coding, or billing in a professional setting
