Job Summary

A company is looking for an IS Lead Configuration & Quality Assurance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate in the planning, development, and deployment of new applications and enhancements
• Build and perform in-depth test plans and functional testing, ensuring user acceptance
• Establish and report on key quality and productivity metrics, identifying action plans for optimization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8 years of equivalent experience required
• 4+ years of direct configuration experience in Cognizant or Optum products or similar platforms
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in a health insurance or health care related field
• Alternative educational requirements acceptable with more than 6 years of experience in health insurance
• SQL knowledge is preferred
