Job Summary

Leading the organization's technology infrastructure, the full-time salaried Wisconsin Licensed IT Manager will oversee cybersecurity programs, manage IT operations across multiple clinic locations, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations while safeguarding sensitive information.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the organization's technology roadmap and oversee IT operations for reliability and security
• Manage electronic health record (EHR) systems and coordinate cybersecurity initiatives with external vendors
• Supervise IT staff, ensuring high-quality technology support and service delivery across the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required
• Three or more years of Healthcare IT experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of HIPAA Security Rule requirements and healthcare compliance standards
• Experience managing IT vendors and technology contracts
• Certifications such as CISSP or CHPS are strongly preferred
