Wisconsin Licensed Java Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Java Developer to work remotely from within the state of Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement a client application for managing role-based authorization using Okta
• Architect and replace a legacy LDAP-based RBAC system with delegated administration functionality
• Consult and recommend actions to ensure quality and maintainability of application development

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development using modern Java (11+) with Spring Boot
• 4+ years of hands-on architecture/design experience in distributed systems or complex enterprise platforms
• 3+ years of experience in designing and implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions
• Proficiency in web frontend development including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript
• Experience with WebSphere Liberty or similar Java/Jakarta EE application servers is preferred
