Job Summary

A company is looking for a Java Developer to work remotely from Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement a replacement for an existing legacy role-based authorization system integrating Okta for identity management
• Provide consultation and recommendations to ensure quality and maintainability of application development
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architect complex solutions for multi-faceted problems

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development with modern Java (11+) and Spring Boot
• 4+ years of hands-on architecture/design experience in distributed systems or complex enterprise platforms
• 3+ years of experience in designing and implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions
• Proficiency in web frontend development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript
• Experience with WebSphere Liberty or similar Java/Jakarta EE application servers is preferred
