Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Lead Therapist.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and assure effective planning and patient care from admission to discharge
• Provide direct patient care, including group, individual, and family therapy
• Conduct medical record audits to identify deficiencies and improve quality of care

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field with at least two years of experience in healthcare
• Full, independent licensure as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent in the state of practice
• Preferred substance use credentialing if working in a relevant program
• Working knowledge of therapeutic interventions and techniques for all age groups
• American Red Cross Professional Rescue certification required within 30 days of hire
