Wisconsin Licensed Loan Officer

Job Summary

To support a remote sales team, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Loan Officer will make outbound calls to members, provide information on loan products, and assist in the loan application process while adhering to credit union policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to solicit loan applications and assist members in completing loan applications
• Evaluate and recommend loan approvals, denials, and modifications based on individual financial circumstances
• Provide exceptional member service and timely feedback regarding loan status and decisions

Required qualifications

• Wisconsin Licensed Loan Officer certification
• One or more years of sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of credit union products and services
• Experience with loan decisioning processes and financial analysis
• Familiarity with applicable Federal and State regulations regarding consumer loans
