Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Outbound Central Consumer Loan Officer will manage outbound phone sales to provide information on credit union products and services, evaluate loan applications, and recommend approvals or modifications based on individual financial circumstances.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to solicit loan applications and assist members in completing loan applications
• Analyze and evaluate financial information to support loan decisioning and recommend loan pricing and terms
• Provide exceptional member service and timely feedback regarding loan status and decisions

Required qualifications

• Wisconsin Licensed Loan Officer
• One or more years of sales experience preferred
• Understanding of loan decisioning processes and financial analysis
• Ability to work independently and manage relationships with members
• Familiarity with credit union policies and relevant regulations
