Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outreach Specialist / Medical Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach services to patients with hypertension
• Assist primary care clinics with prescription refills
• Schedule appointments and order hypertension supplies for patients

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Completion of a Medical Assistant program, licensure as an LPN, or graduate of a school of nursing
• 1 year of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant, LPN, RN, or other clinical experience
• Certification as CMA, RMA, or CCMA within 1 year
• If LPN or RN, maintain state LPN or RN licensure in the state where employed
• Basic Life Support/CPR certification preferred
