Job Summary

Supporting the direct sales team, the seasonal-temporary Wisconsin Licensed Medicare Sales Associate will manage inbound and outbound calls, solicit new business, set appointments for sales presentations, and assist with customer enrollment, working remotely from August to December 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Solicit new business and set appointments for sales presentations
• Collect and document information in the CRM and assist with customer enrollment
• Support retention efforts and follow up with prospective members regarding Medicare options

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Wisconsin Life & Health Insurance Intermediary License or obtained within 60 days of hire
• One or more years of health insurance, customer service, or sales experience
• Basic knowledge of Medicare and Medicare Supplement plans
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
