Job Summary
Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Member Experience Rep will provide accurate and timely information to members, providers, brokers, and employers while ensuring compliance with policies and operational standards, with the flexibility to work remotely or onsite in Menasha or Brookfield.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve inquiries from members, providers, brokers, and employers through various communication channels
- Document customer interactions and follow up to ensure comprehensive issue resolution
- Educate members on available benefits and resources to enhance their overall experience
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years of customer service experience, preferably in a TPA or healthcare setting
- Experience in a call center or phone support role
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems efficiently
