Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Counselor - LPC/LMFT/LCSW (Remote/Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation, assessment, and treatment through individual, marital, family, and group therapy
• Conduct triage, crisis intervention, diagnosis, education, and discharge of patients
• Collaborate with providers and agencies to ensure continuity of care through effective communication

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's or doctoral degree in professional counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy
• Current State of Wisconsin license as a Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist
• Experience working with patients across all age ranges with various mental health issues
• Experience in conducting thorough intake assessments and providing ongoing treatment
• Experience in a team environment and completing timely documentation
