Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Mental Health Therapist (Licensed in Wisconsin) to provide short-term therapy via virtual sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop targeted treatment plans for clients
• Deliver brief, solution-focused interventions and activate referrals for long-term care as needed
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and stay updated on industry trends in telehealth counseling

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• A Master's Degree in an area of Mental Health (psychology, social work, counseling, etc.)
• Clinical confidence in the Brief Solution-Focused model of treatment
• Preference for experience in an EAP or brief counseling model of care
• Must have high-speed internet and a private, professional workspace
• Self-starter with a collaborative spirit and sound clinical judgment
