Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Telehealth).

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose behavioral health conditions, formulating treatment plans in collaboration with the health team
• Provide therapeutic interventions, psychoeducation, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
• Document member care in the EMR and contribute to the design of clinical pathways for behavioral health treatment

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• LCSW, LMFT, or LPC with an active license in Wisconsin
• 4+ years of outpatient experience with adults enrolled in Medicaid or Medicare
• 3+ years of experience in assessing and managing behavioral patient care
• 1+ years of experience practicing telemedicine
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and technology-based tools
