Wisconsin Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing mental health initiative, the part-time Wisconsin Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide teletherapy and mental health assessments to students in partner school districts, collaborating closely with school staff and families in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver mental health assessments and skills-based teletherapy to students, typically for 2-4 months per student
• Collaborate with school counselors and other providers to ensure coordinated care throughout a student's treatment journey
• Build relationships with school staff and families to enhance student engagement and support mental health needs

Required qualifications

• Active independent license in Wisconsin (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhD/PsyD)
• At least two years of experience providing mental health services to children and youth via telehealth
• Experience with therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and motivational interviewing
• Access to reliable high-speed internet (50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload)
• Ability to offer flexible hours, particularly during and after school hours (3-8 pm Central Time, Saturdays)
