Job Summary
To support a growing mental health practice, the remote Wisconsin Licensed Mental Health Therapist will develop meaningful relationships with patients through tele-therapy, define their own schedules, and collaborate with a clinical team for ongoing support and feedback.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with patients via tele-therapy
- Consult regularly with the clinical director and regional team for support and feedback
- Utilize technology and electronic health record (EHR) systems for session documentation
Required qualifications:
- LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, LCP or equivalent licensed to practice independently in Wisconsin
- Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Comfort with technology in everyday work
- A willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment
