Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed MHAR Therapist will provide virtual therapeutic treatment services, including crisis intervention and case management, for patients and their families within a remote setting focused on partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient services.
Key responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic treatment and crisis intervention services to individuals, families, and groups while ensuring adherence to treatment plans
- Document patient progress and treatment status accurately and timely, including safety assessments and discharge summaries
- Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and provide leadership in implementing clinical interventions
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Full, independent licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Wisconsin
- Minimum of two years of experience in health care, with at least two years in a psychiatric setting preferred
- Knowledge of therapeutic interventions and techniques suitable for all age groups
- Must obtain a substance disorder license-in-training within six months if working in a co-occurring program
