Job Summary

A company is looking for a MS Sr Engineer to provide intermediate technical support and manage network services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide client consultation and design secure server and network environments
• Install, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot servers, networks, and security products
• Stay updated with network security issues and effectively communicate technology solutions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, computer science, or related field preferred
• Experience in Network Data, Network Security, or Network Voice (UC) and Cloud Technology
• Completion of CCNA certification required; other certifications like CCNP Collaboration or CCNP Enterprise are preferred
• Strong knowledge of Cisco routers and switches; familiarity with firewalls is essential
• Basic understanding of SIP, H323 Gateways, and Expressway connectors is beneficial
