Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse II (Team Lead) for the Nursing Contact Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support for clinic operations and patient care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care experiences
• Assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of onsite leadership

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associate degree in nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of three years of RN experience, with one year in a leadership role preferred
• Active Wisconsin and/or Michigan RN nursing license required
• Current CPR certification or completion within 90 days of hire
• Certification in area of specialty is desired
