Job Summary

A company is looking for a Department Chair for Online Prelicensure Nursing.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to faculty, students, and Program Chairs overseeing nursing programs
• Manage hiring, training, development, and evaluation of staff and faculty
• Participate in student orientation, advising, and resolution of student issues

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate Degree in Nursing (DNP or PhD) required
• Active and unencumbered Wisconsin or compact state Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 5 years of online teaching experience preferred
• CCNE accreditation experience preferred
