Wisconsin Licensed OnBase Developer

Job Summary

To manage and optimize enterprise content solutions, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed OnBase Developer will oversee system administration, solution development, and user support while primarily working remotely from Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, upgrade, and maintain the OnBase environment across Development, Test, and Production instances
• Design, create, deploy, and support OnBase solutions, including workflows and document templates
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues, providing permanent solutions and user training

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Hyland OnBase administration and development
• OnBase Certified System Administrator and Workflow Administrator certifications are required
• Proficiency in OnBase Configuration, Studio, and API development (RESTful, SOAP)
• Strong skills in writing custom queries in Oracle and SQL Server
• Experience in performing OnBase system upgrades and providing technical support
