Job Summary

A company is looking for a licensed Doctor of Optometry to work remotely in Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine patients remotely using patented technology in states where licensed
• Communicate with patients through specialized video conferencing tools
• Analyze eye health and generate prescriptions for eyeglasses or contact lenses with support from an Ophthalmic Technician

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Valid Doctor of Optometry license in Wisconsin
• Experience with remote patient examinations is preferred
• Availability for full or part-time schedules, including Saturdays
• Multiple state licenses are a plus
• Willingness to undergo credentialing and training as needed
